1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IPT's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

IPT provides managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and related technology consulting. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Service Level Agreement

Our standard SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime for managed services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Specific SLA terms may vary based on your service plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or engage in hacking
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will receive assistance with data export as specified in your service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
